Kelly joined our team in 2007, having previously earned a journalism diploma from Humber College in 1999 and working in Whitehorse, Yukon for 8 years thereafter. Upon her return to Guelph, Kelly made the decision to join us as an Administrative Assistant, advancing into the role of a Condominium Manager in 2011. She has managed a wide variety of condominium and commercial properties throughout her career and has developed a comprehensive foundation of knowledge and skills: superior organizational and communication abilities, a superb capacity to prioritize her clients’ shifting needs, and a strong aptitude in dealing with the most complex situations gives her clients peace of mind knowing that they will be amply supported in all aspects of their property’s operations. A focus on achieving successful outcomes for her clients, resulting in properties that are operationally, physically and financially healthy, are a testament to Kelly’s professional competence and capabilities.
